Welcoming you to the 5-day Uganda flying safari that will take you to the encounter of the several primates in the country. You will visit the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Kibale National Park on this safari.
The primary activities in this safari are gorilla and chimpanzee trekking, which will take you through encounters with these primates in the forested parks of Uganda. The gorillas and chimpanzees encountered are first habituated to get used to the human presence, which takes about 2 years.
5 Five-day Uganda flying safaris will also involve flights that will reduce the long driving hours to these destinations. Other activities that you also engage in are the community visits of the Batwa and Bigodi.

Details of the safari.
Day 1: flight to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
On day 1 of the 5-day Uganda flying safari, you will be transferred to either Entebbe airport or Kajjansi airstrip where your flight has been scheduled. Then you will engage in the transfer by flight to the Kihihi airstrip in southwestern Uganda, which is near the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Upon arrival at the Kihihi airstrip, you will be transferred by road to the park and this transfer will take about 2 hours. As you arrive at the park you will be transferred to the hotel for relaxation as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and community visit of the Batwa.
The day 2 second day of the 5 days5-daya flying safari, you will engage in the early morning breakfast and then proceed with the transfer to the park headquarters for the orientation about the gorilla trekking.
While at the park headquarters for the orientation, which will be led by the ranger guides that will take you through the dos and don’ts about the trekking. Then you will continue with the activity in a group of 8 people.
The activity will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day, depending one when you meet the gorillas. Upon meeting the gorillas , youwill have 1 hour viewing the gorillas while maintaining a distance of 7 meters.
After the gorilla trekking, you will engage in a community visit to the Batwa, who are the early inhabitants that lived with the gorillas. In this community, you will engage in activities like coffee roasting, cultural dance, and many others.
In the evening, you will head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to the Kibale National Park.
Day 3 will start with a relaxed late-morning breakfast, then you will continue to the transfer to the Kihihi airstrip for the flight to Kasese airstrip in Kasese, which is near the Kibale National Park. This flight will take about 1 to 2 hours of the day to reach the airstrip.
You will engage in the transfer to the Kibale National Park, which will take you through the Kassenda craters.
As you arrive in the park, you will be transferred to the lodge for relaxation. In the evening, you will engage in the sundowner as you have a view of the sunset.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and community visit.
On the second day of the 5-day Uganda flying safari, you will engage in the early morning breakfast and then continue with the transfer to the park headquarters for the chimpanzee trekking. While at the park headquarters, you will engage in the briefing about the chimpanzee trekking where,e you will be highlighted the dos and donts don’ts the tracking of the chimpanzee.
Then, we will proceed with the activity, which will take about 2 to 6 hours of the day, upon which you meet the chimpanzee. You see some chimpanzees, you will have 1 hour viewing them as you maintain a distance of 7 meters.
Later on, as you are done with the tracking of the chimpanzee, you will visit the Bigodi community which is adjacent to the park. In this community, you will engage in the wetland walk, community encounter, coffee roasting, banana brewing, and many other activities.

Day 5: Transfer by flight to Entebbe.
On the last day of the safari, you will engage in the morning breakfast and then proceed with the transfer to Kasese to the airstrip for the flight to Entebbe airport. As you arrive at the Entebbe airport, you will meet the company representative who will transfer you to the airport for your outbound flights.
