Overview
Welcome to our special 7 Days Uganda Budget safari, an extraordinary safari itinerary. This safari will take you through the amazing Uganda safari destinations without you breaking the bank. The safari will introduce you to several wildlife species including mountain gorillas, lions, chimpanzees, zebras, elephants, and many more. During this safari, you will visit parks like Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Kibale National Park. on your 7 Days Uganda Budget safari, you get a chance to spend one hour in the presence of the giant gorillas and chimps.
Itinerary
After you arrive at the airport, you will meet our professional driver guide. He or she will brief you about the 7 Days Uganda Budget safari. You will drive to Lake Mburo National Park. At the Uganda Equator, you will take memorable photos and do some experiments. Proceed with an en-route lunch. Upon arrival at the park, you will take a boat ride on Lake Mburo. The boat safari allows you to spot crocodiles and hippos. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.
After breakfast, you will go for a game drive. During this game drive, you will see animals like leopards, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and hyenas. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with an en-route lunch. Once you arrive, you will have dinner and spend the night over.
This is the day you have been waiting for on your 7 Days Uganda Budget safari. The primate's day is here. It starts with an early morning breakfast at your lodge. You will report at the park headquarters for a briefing. You will be led by professional driver guides and start the search for the mountain gorillas. Once you have met the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour in their presence. You will retreat to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, you will embark on a tour around the Batwa communities. The Batwa people are ancient residents of the tropical rainforests of Bwindi and the entire Virunga Conservation Area. Take part in their activities and enjoy being around them. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and embark on a drive to Uganda’s most famous safari destination – Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will do a game drive in the famous Ishasha Sector. This sector is famous for being home to magical tree-climbing lions. Proceed to your lodge later for dinner and spend the night over.
After a delicious breakfast at your lodge, you will have a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. The park is home to many elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, and other antelopes. You may as well spot a lion. Return to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will take a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. This waterbody connects Lake Edward to Lake George. You will be able to spot animals like crocodiles, and hippos. Interact with the local members of the communities as well. Return to your lodge for dinner and spend the night over.
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and drive to Kibale National Park – the Primate Capital of the World. Lunch will be on the way. Upon arrival, check-in and take a walk around the Bigodi communities. You will spot many bird species as well as traditional women dancers. Taste the locally brewed banana beer. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you will visit the Kanyanchu Park headquarters for a briefing about chimpanzee trekking. You will go into the forests and search for these human-like apes. Once you meet them, you will be allowed to spend one hour in their presence. In the afternoon, you will embark on the drive back to Kampala. The diver will drop you at the airport for your outbound flight. This will mark the end of your safari.
